Delete your Kydano account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kydano and tap Grown-ups (you'll answer a quick parent question).
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This deletes your account, all your children's profiles, their learning progress, stars and rewards, immediately and permanently.

By email

If you can't open the app, email info.kydano@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is kept

Records of payments (plan, amount and date) may be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Nothing else is kept.
